Basking in the Moonlight

The stuff on my leggings is actually chicken feed dust!

Not necessarily cute but reality. 

Blog meet chickens, chickens meet blog!

I know I've shown glimpses of the chickens before but today you get to see a few more of them as I do an outfit of the day and feed them!

Today's weather was pretty overcast which is why I'm not only fair I'm a stinking reflector!

Also yes that is a sweet chicken coup behind me my brother-in-law made it!

He and my sister gave this to my mom for her birthday!

The sun made a small appearance today and then was gone again but the clouds and moon were fabulous.

I don't think people take enough time to bask in moonlight anymore.

You read about it in books or hear it in songs but I think basking is a lost art.

You should try it sometime! ;)
